Return Policy

    1. Unconditional Exchange Policy 

      This policy is NEITHER applicable for specially customized items to your specifications NOR for big items such as furniture. GRABit.com.my provides an unconditional exchange policy on SMALL ITEMS only, provided that the items are unopened and in their original packaging which must be unmarked and undamaged. The exchange must be done within 7 days from the day you receive an exchange order number from us. Please note that purchasers must bear the transportation charges for the return of the products to exchange.

      Exchanges must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. Grabit.com.my will not be responsible for refunding any items sent for exchange that are lost or damaged during transit

      Our procedure for such exchange is that you must again make a purchase through the website for another item. To avoid confusion during the return process, this will be treated as a new order. When returning the items to be exchanged, write the new order number and the exchange order number (provided by Grabit.my) on the items before shipping them back to us. Please take note that all exchanged items without a new order number will be shipped back to you at your cost.

      Our exchange policy is strictly for small items only  that has not been used, must be in their original packaging, with all packaging materials intact, without any missing parts, with a new order number, and with an exchange order number attached to the items. If any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process an exchange and you will have to bear the cost of having the items shipped back to you.

    2. Policy on Damaged or Faulty Items

      Notification of any damaged or faulty items must be made within 7 days by mail, by telephone or by WhatsApp from the date of receiving the items. Customers will have to drop off defective goods at GRABit headquarter at No 25A, Lorong Maarof, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If GRABit is required to pick up defective goods from the customer's place, there'll be a transport charge which will be borne by the customer. GRABit will bear the re-shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer, except in the case of customers who have chosen "Self Pick Up", in which case, customers will have to pick up the replacement item from GRABit headquarter at No 25A, Lorong Maarof, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


      We abide by the Malaysian Consumer Law. If an item has a minor defect, we may choose to repair or offer you a replacement. If an item has a major defect, it will not be repaired and you will be entitled to a replacement, which can be the same or identical or totally different but one with a similar value.

    3. Product Warranty

      Products, where warranties or guarantees apply, are covered back to back by our respective suppliers or manufacturers. The time of warranty or guarantee will commence from the time of purchase. The duration and scope of warranty coverage vary with products. Please do take note that our product warranty does not cover scratches on frames, fabric, or leather caused by wear and tear. Due to this, we encourage customers to check the goods thoroughly for defects such as scratches before signing the delivery chit. For return of products for repair, please refer to our clause on Policy on Damaged or Faulty Items

    4. Damaged Items

      Before signing the delivery chit, we encourage you to open and inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery. In such a case, it is mandatory to point out to the delivery man the damage so that he can make a note on the delivery chit. And then you should follow up with a mail, a call or by WhatsApp on the same day or within 7 days to +603-6206-3816 or to [email protected] or liaise directly to the Interior decorator consultant who handled your order to report on the items that are damaged. We reserve the right to either recall the whole parcel for a complete replacement or replace in parts just so long as every damaged part in transit is replaced and the item(s) function 100% properly. 

    5. Policy on Money Refund

      Purchasers are guaranteed FULL MONEY REFUND when an item(s) they order is OUT OF STOCK. Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment. If purchases were made via credit card, the transactions made through the credit card will be reversed. If purchases were made via FPX, the full amount will be credited to the purchasers' account via the same mode, FPX transfer. 

    6. Option on Money Refund

      Purchasers may choose not to have their money refunded when an item is OUT OF STOCK. They may choose to replace with another selection, where the difference in value will be calculated. If the new value is lower than what was paid, the balance will be credited to the purchaser's account. If the new value is higher than the amount paid, the purchaser will have to make up the difference.

    7. Important Reminder for any returns or exchanges

      Notification of any intended returns must be made to our admin team ([email protected]) prior to the actual return of the item(s). Once we receive your email notifying us of the intended return, you will be guided by our well trained customer service on the steps and procedure for the return.
